2016-11-02 Bistro Moustache November news

Post date: Nov 7, 2016 3:03:01 PM

No deceptive 1-liner slogans, or 140 character insults, let's get right into it: Bistro Moustache will be at Campovida in Oakland (104 Linden street, near Jack London Square), this coming Sunday the 13th, 2pm to 5pm.

Now some details:

Sunday November 13 at Campovida in Oakland:

Usually we play at Campovida on the 1st Thursday of the month, but this time we're aiming for the Sunday afternoon wine tasting crowd. So rally your friends, music lovers, and other wine buffs, because Bistro Moustache and Campovida is a perfect combination: great setting, perfect acoustics, awesome wines. Also, we want to see if the Sunday experiment works, so the bigger the crowd, the better. For the wine, I'm partial to their Syrah myself, but you be the judge. I'll spare you the details but their wine club allows you to come and taste wine on a regular basis, so one more reason to come Sunday and find out.

By the way, Campovida serves their own cheese and charcuterie platters, but you can bring your own food if you want, and kids can bring their own drinks.

Thursday November 17, at Mathilde in SF:

On that day we're back at Mathilde in SF for our usual dinner + music evening. I can't say enough good things about the food and the settings at Mathilde, and I always look forward to these concerts. In fact, because of holiday parties and then end of the year closure, we won't be back at Mathilde until next February after that, so that's your only chance to see us there for 2016!

Thursday December 1 at Campovida in Oakland:

If you're more of a Thursday kind of person for your wine and French music, or if Sunday wasn't enough, come back see us Thursday. Same setting, same wine, but it'll be dark outside.

As usual, all dates are subject to change, so check the web site at http://www.bistromoustache.com, where you can also get the exact times and addresses to plug into your GPS. We've even posted some new videos, so enjoy. You can also follow Bistro Moustache on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/bistromoustache, and be notified of all our concerts that way.

I'm also posting various announcements at http://www.bistromoustache.com/blog, and you can even subscribe to that page. Don't worry it's not very frequent.

Assuming you haven't escaped to Canada Wednesday morning, I hope to see you at one of those aforementioned places.
